Long Line Fishing
As the most powerful line of commercialization for fish species to the U.S. Market, longline fishing is a commercial fishing technique that is considered to be more ecologically sustainable than many other methods.
Tuna Ranching
Ranching is one of the most eco-friendly processes used to feed southern bluefin tuna and various juvenile species. They are fed sardines, mackerel and anchovies for 3 to 6 months.
Our Process

Our presale process begins with each supplier across the world working closely with our agents and distributors.

We then import the species, which are packed to ensure the utmost freshness, via commercial planes.

The species are then transported to our cold storage facility. This process adheres to HACCP and FDA regulations.

Here we enforce strict quality-control measures.

Then, we grade and inspect each individual species under special lighting. Once this is complete, the species are ready to be purchased.
